Rason Truss is the founder and CEO of TrustInEd, LLC, an organization dedicated to helping students make informed decisions about their educational and career paths through the innovative platform, TrustInEd.org. With over 14 years of experience in higher education, Rason has cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges students face, particularly in the online learning environment.

Rason's career in education began as an Admission Advisor, where his passion for helping students quickly propelled him into the role of Associate Director of Admissions at a university that primarily serves online students. His experience in this role allowed him to witness firsthand the struggles that many students encounter when navigating their educational journeys, which inspired him to create a solution that could provide clearer guidance and support.

Rason holds an Associate degree from Wright College (CCC), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, and a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Information Technology and Project Management from Colorado Technical University. His academic background, coupled with his extensive professional experience, equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop TrustInEd.org—a platform designed to help students align their educational choices with their career goals, ultimately reducing student debt and improving career outcomes.

In addition to his professional achievements, Rason is deeply committed to his community. He has coached youth soccer for six years and has worked with the YMCA and local Park Districts as a youth coach for soccer, basketball, and baseball. His involvement in youth sports reflects his dedication to mentoring and supporting young people, both on and off the field.

Rason is also a proud father of two daughters, aged 11 and 16, who inspire him daily to continue his work in education and community engagement. His personal experiences as a high school athlete—playing baseball, football, and wrestling—have instilled in him a strong belief in the importance of guidance, mentorship, and making informed decisions, all of which are central to the mission of TrustInEd, LLC.

Rason founded TrustInEd.org with the vision of revolutionizing the way students plan their educational futures. His goal is to ensure that every student has access to the resources and support they need to make informed choices, leading to fulfilling and successful careers.
